The chef behind the table
Meet Chef Josh.
16 YEARS OF CULINARY EXPERIENCE
Josh’s love of cooking began at just 12 years old, standing beside his dad in the kitchen preparing Italian meals. His father also worked baking bread at a bakery, and those early moments taught Josh the joy of preparing food with care.
Today, Josh is married to his loving wife, Faithlyne, a Haitian American woman who shares a passion for the food of her heritage. Together, their love of food has helped inspire Josh to explore flavors across cultures—from Haitian and Caribbean cooking to American comfort food, BBQ, Italian, and Asian American favorites.
Classically trained, Josh brings 16 years of culinary experience spanning fine dining, luxury hotels, events, and high-volume kitchens. His background includes French, Italian, modern American, Southeast Asian, and Latin/Caribbean cuisines, along with kitchen leadership, menu development, and mentoring culinary teams.
